Shanthi Ayurveda Ashram is situated in a mountainous area blessed with natural beauty full of hills , valleys, rich in greenery and water resources like rivers, streams, ponds etc. Silent Valley National Park a unique preserve of natural rain forest which houses a rich mosaic of herbal plants and trees of high medicinal value, is situated nearby. The calm and pollution free atmosphere clubbed with high standard of treatment accelerates the healing process strengthens body by increasing circulation. Treatment expels toxins and provides deep relaxation to body and mind. More over we let you get away from the busy streets the hustle and bustle of every day urban living. We focus on the true and time tested authentic ayurvedic practice with a special care for every individual.
Considering the importance of Yoga and Meditation in the promotion of health, we have included it in the daily routine and appointed a Yoga Master.
We provide both Wellness programes and treatments for all Ailments. The wellness programs include Detoxification, Rejuvenation, Weight loss and Stress relief. The Curative treatments for a wide variety of diseases like Arthritis, Diabetes, Psoriasis, Neuropathies, Sinusitis, Migraine, Dislocation cases, disc prolapsed, obesity, etc. are managed very effectively.
In order to make the stay enjoyable and memorable, we have arranged the accommodation and essential amenities amidst a rich flora under natural ambience. Free internet connectivity, 24 hours Doctors service and free laundry service are provided in the Ashram. All rooms are provided with air conditioner, attached bath room and dressing area.
Dr. Ratheesh P: A Proficient Practitioner of Panchakarma and Diverse Ayurvedic Therapies. An esteemed member of the Keraleeya Ayurveda Samajam, Dr. Ratheesh P serves as an Associate Professor at the Poomulli Neelakandan Namboothirippad Memorial Ayurveda Medical College in Shoranur, Kerala.
Dr. Nisha: Panchakarma Specialist and Ayurvedic Therapy Expert. Dr. Nisha’s deep understanding of Panchakarma and various Ayurvedic therapies stems from her training under the guidance of Ayurvedacharya Dr. P.M.S. Raveendranath, the visionary founder of Poonthottam Ayurveda Ashram Kulakkad. With two years of dedicated practice at the ashram, she brings a wealth of experience in practical Panchakarma treatments and accurate diagnoses.”
